877-708-2299

Received a call from 877-708-2299 and I did not pick up.  Since I didn't pick up, they immediately sent the following text message from 877-708-1904:

Hi there, this is Trixie from Sanders Investments LLC. I'm reaching out because we're very interested in purchasing your notes.
We purchase any investment property notes that contains all the terms of the agreement between you and the barrower and it must be a 1st positionn note.
So, if you have the need for immediate CASH from a privately financed real estate mortgage note, please don’t hesitate to contact me in this number so that we can give you an offer. You may also visit our website at [website address removed]

Clearly these people are scammers trying to take advantage of people who are facing desperate times with the holiday coming up quickly.  Legitimate lenders do not need to make robocalls and send text message.
