Collection office.....they charged me extra 55 dollars after i prepaid my copay for the 55 dollar discount....BUT STILL SENT A BILL! I paid cash for a discount BEFORE PROCEDURE....PLEASE HAVE THESE PEOPLE DO JOB CORRECTLY...I TRY TO CALL BACK AND NO HUMAN THERE TO TAKE MY CALLS....MANY....CALLS...

I replied with this: Don't text me with this BS. Never gave permission to my number

My reply: You have Been Unsubscribed

So instead of simply forwarding the text to 7726 so that carriers will block it you told them that they have a good number with someone on the other end that will respond to them?  Expect more texts and calls now as well.

I got a call from these people (Tennova business office) on 10-12-21 @ 10:41 am. It was regarding a bill that I owe. Legitimate call.

Received a text from this number stating invoice preauthorized treas to user _____ $976.23. Amount will reflect in account within 24 hours in account. Call 877-709-9589 to dispute.  Called and no one answers the phone. I don't have any pre-authorizations that should be coming out of my account.

I got the exact same text. Same amount also. I sent them a text back. Can't repeat what I said to them.
