A woman called from a private number pretending to be a process server to bring court documents. I called her out to be bluffing and she hangs up. Then she calls a relative with the same story and provided her with a case number and the 877 number. I talked to a guy pretending to be all professional, a want to be lawyer, and I call him out as well to be bluffing and hang up.  Go fool someone else with your BS story!!!!

I have got calls from this number 2-4 times now saying they are a process server and they will be coming to my home and place of employment with documents stating the charges within the next 24 hours and if I have any questions to call 877-713-3522

I just received a call from a unknown # and a guy left a message about being a process server and he will be coming to my home or place of employment with documents for court. 877-713-3522 was the number he left to call if I had any questions.

I received I call from a woman named Garcia saying she's a process server, and will be at my home or place of employment within 24 hours to serve me papers and left a number to call her at

I got the exact same call stateing the same thing. Is it worth following up with a call? And also how do they manage to get relatives numbers?

The same as the others reported although I was given a specific ext.to call. When I dialed it s message told me it was invalid

These people are awful, daily we are being threatened,  we are going to jail and so on.  I fuss to call them back cuz they are so awful!

Just got this call and when it was answered to tell them it was a wrong number they asked if it was another person.

Even if you did take out a payday loan you don't have to pay them. They're a scam and will make up any amount. They are not taking you to court.
1.Ask the caller to send the loan information to you in writing
2.Refuse to verify any bank account, credit card, social security or other personal information over the phone
3.Report any telephone harassment or threats to the Federal Trade Commission. This is the agency that enforces the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
4.File an online Better Business Bureau complaint to help let others know about the scam
5.Contact your state Attorney General's office to find out about state debt collection and consumer protection laws that might apply

They are FRAUD!! Indian scammers!
