I rec'd a call from a blocked number.  I answered it, it was "Scott Weaver"  he wanted to make sure I was going to be around between 1 and 3 today he had legal documents to serve me.  I told him I would be on the road, he said to call 877-713-4258 to reschedule.  I called the number and spoke to "John" who said he was a paralegal and he had legal documents to be served to me.  He said that I had a loan from 2014 that was not paid and he was to have papers served.  When I asked the name of the company he said NPS Arbitration.  He said the deposited amount was $500, but the payback amount was $830.  First he said he could take $830, then he said $500  to clear this up and it would not be reported to the credit agencies.  Then he said I would receive a paid in full letter.   First off, I have never received official letter in the mail stating I owe anything to a company call Loan Solutions.  I have never received a collections letter from NPS... This is the 3rd of 4th time they have tried to get funds from me.  This is a scam and on this site I see this company has called other people with other phone numbers to call back.  This will be going to my attorney.  Next time they call I will advise them to contact him.
