i get messages from this number saying it is from sam fisher and he is a processor and has a claim number of 234411 and needs to serve me. this is a scam

got another call from this number.  have it blocked on my phone but they still leave a VM. Scott Weaver says they are going to serve to tomorrow.  sure.  no legal reason to be served.

Me too the same thing, Scott Fisher has already called me twice this morning, the first time was 6:45 this morning which is so not called for.  Says he is calling to make sure it is ok to deliver and serve me with papers.  Last I checked they don't call to give you a heads up.  The bad thing is they are calling from a restricted number so there is no way to block.  Spread the word and lets put a stop to people like this....

So you received a call from this Sam Fisher asking you permission as well to make a delivery?  When I started to ask him questions he hung up.  I also looked under Civil Court Cases which I advise you to check where you are locally and nothing came up.

I have received several calls "unknown" but leave this number to call back. And that I'm going to be served no later than Thursday, but the name he leaves is Anthony Thomas. My attorney has tried to locate where they're from but hasn't been successful. Scammers have nothing else to do. Like, I don't know they don't call you to serve you...
