Received call 10:30am 12/31/2008. Went to voicemail. Some insurance co asking for someone sounding like Edward, and saying they thought that Edward qualified for their package and to call back.

had surgery recently.. and the automated voice mail said it was on behalf of the hospital to help with financial assistance... Called back, and no one answered? Are they allowed to pretend they are calling to help with assistance when they are only telemarketers????

left a message, very staticy, difficult to understand.  Something about me or someone in my household may qualify for assistance.

I recieved a call from this number and it went to my voicemail. they said i may have qualified for assistance on the surgery i need for my knee. i been calling them back for a week now but all it does it just ring an say its forwarding my call to the Dallas support center. WTF...this is giving people who actally need help false hope.

I got a call from this number and it was half person half automated. It sounded like a woman. I got a fax number (at least it sounded like the word "fax") and here it is:

And there was no area code either.
