Voicemail pretending to be my open enrollment health care advisor told me to call him back identified self as Jason

Same as Tyler. I called them back to talk to Jason. I asked him where he got my information. He tried to lie and make up some [***] like we met. I then trashed his whole explanation and told him they need to quit buying peoples info of the internet.

If they got it off the internet, then it was free.

Same as Tyler. The number he used to call me is 339-333-7511, a Lincoln, MA number.

Just got a call from someone named Jason as well to call them back about open enrollment. Can't believe how weird this type of calling is getting to get people's information. Glad I read up on this. The original number was 339-333-7511. When you attempt to call that number it's a deadline; nothing happens. After googling that number and the number he said to call him back at I found this thread. WOW! Thanks for contributing feedback everyone. This needs to be reported!

I got a voicemail from "Jason" my apparent open enrollment specialist who is really excited about getting me a super great health plan! Except I'm Canadian and don't have to purchase health insurance....

Same comment as Doug from Canada.  I am also from Canada.  Clearly I don't need to buy health insursnce.  I will not be calling him back.  He also called from 339-333-7511 but left the 877-721-9515 as the call back number for him.  What a douche.

Just got this exact call from “Jason” on my work phone. A government issued one to go with the government health plan I’m on. Only change is it came in from a blocked number

same experience as above... Jason left a message excited about my enrollment.. Guess its a scam for sure. Don't need health insurance in Canada ...

I just received a call from Jason, my open enrollment specialist, who is excited to set me up with health insurance. Like many other posters here, I'm in Canada and I don't need to apply for health insurance. The number came up as unknown on my cell phone, but the call back number is 1-877-721-9515.

Same as everyone else. Jason calling me by name, pretending he is following up on a previous conversation. SCAM

"Jason" calling to tell me he's been "assigned" to me to get me "affordable health insurance" that matches "my budget".

This is getting out of control. I've been getting robo-calls for months about this, and now I'm getting messages from actual people?

Best thing to do is call, get his name, company, insurance license number for your state and then report to the department of insurance in your state as deceptive business practice and unsolicited contact, violation of the TCPA.  The MarketPlace does not give your information to agents to help you.  People like this need to be reported so they can have their licenses pulled.  I am an insurance agent and it gives the entire industry a bad name.  Yes things happen to bad agents, have seen people get $5,000 fine and licenses revoked.
