They called my ex in law this afternoon and said they were going to arrest me if I didnt call them asap. I dont know who they are and if they are scamming people. If anyone has any info on them please repost it on here.

M they are just scammers and dont pay any attention to them. they are lying thieves and lower than snakes. been dealing with them for over a year now-not just this one, but they change their phone #'s and try to intimadate us into giving them money we dont owe for some payday loan. its sickening and wish someone would put a stop to them. tell them you will have your lawyer call them and you have reported them to the FBI and your local authorities because you know they are scammers. give them nothing!!

I have received several calls from this number and other 800 #'s stating that they received a claim against my name and are going to be serving me court papers at my home or place of work. Nicole Mason is what the woman from 877-728-4657 told me her name was. I am soooooo beyond tired of these people calling me and also calling my parents telling me that I am going to be arrested if I don't return their phone calls. Why can't anything be done about these people?!?!

This person has called my brother and my dad. Apparently she was VERY rude and threatening. On top of that, they contacted my HR dept at my work!! what the hell this needs to stop. If they have papers to serve me, then serve me, don't threaten by telephone...right?? She stated her name was Barb Fisher but not what company she was calling from.

I had an actual process server at work call me today regarding this telephone number. I advised the process server of the fact that this number has been posted on the internet as a scam telephone number of thieves trying to extract money from individuals. I have also advised him that I have received these types of telephone calls before and that when I have threatened them with contacting the State of North Carolina Attorney General that the calls have ceased.  The process server sounded extremely surprised by all of this. He advised that I give them a call at the telephone number to see what it's all about.

They've been calling me constantly. Then they stop for a while and start again. Each time it's a different person saying that a file with my name was delivered to his/her office, I've been charged with some kind of crap and they need to serve me some papers either at my home or place of employment, which they've already called. When they call it either shows private, blocked or unknown number, then they give the 877 number above for me to call. They sometimes say that I have one last chance to resolve this until they reach me personally. One of them even said they were coming to see me at certain time, for me to be available and have ID ready. Is it worthy to report them to proper authorities? I don't see anybody doing anything about these type of scammers.

Yup, been getting these calls lately too.. Not once but three time in a row then a message after the third one stateing he/she have verified my address and will be coming to serve me and this is my last chance to call the number givin'. And lastly state " YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED", what a bunch of bullsh*t.. Talking to them is just wasting your time and will just eventually get you mad cuz they all talk with an attitude. They are scam artists and all they want is your hard earn money, don't give in are you will be suckered into more phone calls like this... Good luck to you all

Called my sister saying all the same as above name is nicole mason i will be served at my work between 12-3,nothing happens, i have 2 nubers one on my caller id is 213-457-4056, number she says to call is 866-819-2711.
