Called mid day, no message left

called my cell 2x yesterday - no message either time.  You want to talk to me, leave me a message.

Multiple calls daily. Ne message. Stop.

Rings two times and then disconnects.

Called and left no message.

phone call from jamaica regarding a sweepstakes  that i am a winner must give them money  for insurance to receive  my cash winnings.

Called and left a voicemail but it was only background noise and static....no message.

They called and asked for me by first name. I asked back who is calling. Then they told me they had the wrong number and hung up.  Someone with too much time on their hands.

I got a call from this number saying that I had completed a form somewhere and said that I wanted to make money from home.  I told them not interested but they just called back again mid-day the next day.  I set them to "reject" when they call.  

ALSO!  this was on my cell phone!
