This is a scammer representing himself as Christopher Hudson with the US Legal Department who threatens you with a warrant for your arrest if you do not settle an old outstanding debt with US Financial.  I have already contacted the Police Dept., Attorney Generals Office and The US Trade Commission about them.  IT IS A SCAM!  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO ABOUT YOURSELF NOR YOU FINANCIAL INFORMATION!  BEWARE!!!

I received a all from a lady saying there was a warrant for my arrest. The number that came up on the caller ID was 936-365-2222 which is Prescient 1 Bob Willis  Road & Bridge in Goodrich TX.  She told me to call back on 877-735-1392. That's when Chris Hudson stated that I would be arrested and legal papers would be sent out to me if I didn't pay the $5k ($1k bills & $4k legal fees).  They mask the initial call somehow with the real prescient number making it appear legitimate.  Do not fall for this scam. They are just trying to rip you off. Do not give them any information of any kind.

I received a call from a gentleman stating he was from the police department and he had a warrant out for my arrest.  Told me to call 877-735-1392l and gave me a Cause No.  where I could settle the suit on deception. I would be contacted again this afternoon and arrested.

they plug in the number of the local Police/Sheriff as their caller I.D. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM and they are still running with it 7/23/20. We also, reported them to every level of government and Law Enforcement. These people are scum and should be jailed or bet yet, tarred and feathered.

First I got a phone call from a number that was masked as my local PD phone number - stated I needed to call this 877-735-1392 and gave me a case number.  The "attorney" that I spoke to said that I would need to pay 25% of my total collections in order to have the arrest warrant terminated to show an act of good faith - they stated that I could pay with VISA, MC, AMEX, CASHAPP, Western Union, Money Gram and the following gift cards.

When I hung up they then called me from a 203-877-4293 phone number 15 TIMES trying to get me to pick up

I am an attorney who called this number because an elderly friend had been called about a "warrant."  It is  TOTAL SCAM.  These guys are full of crap.  They couldn't provide any information concerning the alleged "warrant" such as case number, County, or even the state the offense was committed.  Only their total incompetence
