Supposedly "Process Service Processing".  It is not, it is a scam!  BEWARE, Julie sound convincing but it is a scam.

Called and wanted to serve me papers. LOL.  called the number they gave me and some guy told me I was being sued by capitol one for bank fraud because it was their last option.  again LOL.  I told them no.  He hung up and said they would mark it as a "refusal to pay"  OK...   What a scam...

Capital One has long been among the top five sue-happy banks, so it's not hard to determine that most of their lawsuits concern breaking a credit card contract, not some vague "bank fraud". I suppose the faux collectors are hinting at a criminal court dispute, which it isn't, leading to that very old kicker line about "mark as refusal to pay", which has no legal force in this context.

Refusal to pay is, however, something the alleged debtor can send in writing to shut down collection when it's a sure thing that the collector's claim fails. Of course, you'd need a postal address for that option, which this sort of agency would refuse to provide.

These debt fraud shops love their generic fake names, and this takes the "Most Absurd" award. It would be like trying to find and hire "Plumber Service Plumbing" to install a new faucet.

Same call I got from a week ago. Said I had a credit card from 2004-2009 that I still owed money to, and they were taking me to court. called on Private Number which is first give away. Even when I told them I owed nothing from those years they threatened that HouseHold Bank would put a lien on my home. LOL. First of all, In Texas you have 4 years to collect a debt then its worthless. Secondly when they went from me owing 7k with lawyer fees, but if I settle it today its 43-hundred, but to do that they need 150.00 down. I knew they were scammers. My lawyer told me to ignore their calls.
