Allegations against me, will deliver documents to my house and place of business. Will contact HR Dept to have my manager serve as a witness to allegations

I received a call threating my Brother.  The call was a recording stating they were bringing documents to his Job, to serve in court and they need to get in contact with him. The person calling Name was Jennifer Bartley.  My Brother said it was a scam, but I am annoyed with them calling me to get to him and using threats.

Some bogus call that they are going to serve me with documents and I need to be present on Wednesday with two forms of ID. "Yes, this is this is for Mrs. Looks like James giving you a call in regards to the last four of your Social 966. You're going to receive documents signed for you. Do need to be present with two forms of ID on Wednesday. Any questions concerns you at Liberty to contact the following party. That number is 877-735-2549. That number again 877-735-2549. All calls are monitored and recorded. These recordings will show you a contractor Pride."

Scam! Real process servers never warn you in advance that you are being served. Nor will they give you the opportunity to pay your way out of being served, which is what these scammers will tell you if you call them back. Just block and ignore such calls.

These people delivered a letter to my mother in law’s house. The payment slip shows Midline Credit Management. No clue who they are.

A "letter"?  What did the letter say?  What is the address on the letter?  I doubt that you have the correct name of the DC as well and if you had this alleged "letter" in front of you then the name would be correct.
