Sprint saying there maybe unfounded charges on our account

I got that call several times as well. I called Sprint and first I hate sprint, then I hate their customer service. The lady does not even know about it and could not even try to listen to my concern

I think I better live to my name and DUMP SPRINT

Sprint is so nice for helping me with my unbilled charges. I couldn't ask for a better cell phone company!

this is a fraudulent number.  sprint will never call and ask for that info.  BEWARE!!!!!!

I just got the same call.  Wasn't sure what it was about.  Turns out, when my wife recently replaced her phone, she started her own plan and was no longer on the shared family plan.  Unfortunately, this had to be done in order for her android to function with all the services she wanted.  I was paying for her plan plus the shared family plan.  They were able to point this out and I was able to switch the shared family plan to a reduced plan and am now saving $40/month on my bill.  

Not a bogus call.

Sprint calling wanting to confirm whether my recent plan changes were actually what I had requested.  Turns out the Sprint Store employee erroneously created a separate account for my husband when he switched from his Nextel to Sprint phone.  This tech helped me correct it within a few short minutes and saved me $69 per month!  Awesome customer service!
