Have received calls to myself, my daughter, my brother and my home. They claim they are Rapid Litigation and have threatened my family for harboring a criminal. And that I am defrauding someone and breach of contract and and and and , they are serving me with notice that I am going to jail and so are my family. But if I give them a credit card they will fore-go all proceedings.  There has been no indication that I owe them any money or anyone else. They don't even know my name.  And stutter over their own name.

They actually left a message on our home phone stating that there was a claim against someone else. The call was very threatning and somewhat suspicious.
