Left message for some one else than my self.

Rec'd a call from them today looking for someone else than myself. They are supposedly process servers for a company called Statewide. Sounded more like a call center than a legal company.

Scammers are trying to clog up this page with irrelevant junk. Just confirms that this is a TOTAL SCAM!

Someone called I Think she said her name was Lisa. Sounds like a collection Agency either she said she was calling from Nationwide or Statewide. this sounded like a call center or they are on a dialer system. you could hear other office phones ringing in the background. They were rather discrete and would not give out any other 3rd party information.  This call was for my son and if he did call them back with in 48hrs they were going to file charges against him  And to my knowledge they are only to call the reference phone# just one time. In accord to the FDCPA LAWS. They will need to have this referance phone # removed (in this case my home#) from their calling list. and yes if you called my land line phone# I have every right to get this infomation from them this is my land line phone#
