They all use alias names. They are fraud. If they threaten u of court, I'd say wait in your front yard for them to show u papers. I bet they never show. They use scare tactics to the max.

A woman called my and left a voice mail stating there was a claim against me and that they needed to verify an address to "meet me" The woman gave me a number to call. I called and woman named morgan spoke to me and stated I owed on a loan that was taken out as of April 2012. I told her that I have already paid up on a loan around the same time frame. She stated the she needed me to fax over the confirmation sheet of the payment when it arrives. She stated the loan comany was from DJR. I did my research online and came to realize that this was a scam company. I've only done a few loans which have been paid off. There is nothing on my credit report and I have not received notices to pay this debt.

I got a call from this company called Midwest stating that I owed a payday loan to a company called Access Holdings LLC and that money was put into my account on 8/10/12. I've never taken out a payday loan with them. I have taken them out in the past and have paid them all back. They are threatening to serve me with papers! They had all of my information. I am not sure what to do!

these people are straight up liars. They don't have ALL of your information. They just have tidbits. They'll have a street name and an email and a phone number... that's it. They claim to be Midwest, but as the second poster in this thread proved, they aren't. Don't fall for this scam.

Allocated are within that office calling from a phone giving you their number same number to call in and you guys get scammed to pay scams oh there get your ass to get your social security number to look it up and skip trace if trace address all that information off at all information does the scare you into giving us your money then we going for nothing else was full so don't pay him f*** this company there in Phoenix Arizona
