Got a phone call with the following message left on my voicemail:
'Hi this is Jocelyn Miller from the processing department.  I'm so sorry if you're busy.  I just have some fantastic news.  It looks like you are eligible for a student debt forgiveness program, so if you can give me a call back as soon as possible today.  My direct phone number is (877) 746-3962.  Also if you could have your reference number ready that would be awesome.  Your reference number is 77596.  Thank you and I look forward to speaking with you.'

As you can see by my name, I am OLD, which means I either am: A) retired, with funds, B) retired, with little to no funds, or C) retired, and DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU.
I'll let you guess which one I am.

Got the same message with the same reference number.  Only the call came through  2055709028.  SCAMMER!!!
BTW Angry Old Man, I pick C and that description is for me as well.

pretty much same experience, my call came in on 207-626-3406. At least they used a human being to record the message.

I got the same message just a little bit ago with the same reference number. Call came from: 641-752-1433 (Marshalltown, IA)
