HELP!! - mjb| 1 replyafter reading all the posts about worldwide asset.. i will tell you my story and what i'm about to do i have a small business in wisconsin and am steadily going down so i was thrilled to get a call from jennifer ... well i sent them $3200.00 in Dec of 2010 as i was under the time line ... in march i did receive a leather bound business plan and was told by joe taylor that worldwide would be submitting the plan to over 20 major corporations and to contact a Ryan Foster from that point on at 1-800-687-2613 for customer service which i did on april 14th. 2011 and Ryan said at that time i was denied by 4 companies but that the plan was still out there and to give this a total of 90 days... hhmmm.. So now my plan is to contact a detective with the lake oswego police dept in oregon and issue a complaint against worldwide asset. his phone number is 503-635-0238 . you can also google his office at ci.oswego.or.us/police I also intend to contact Sally O'Niel at the Oregon Dept of Justice as she is with the Attorney Generals office.

- Nunya Dm'Bizniss replies to AdamThis person is either just lying because they think it is funny or they are involved in taking money from people ignorant enough to PAY for a GRANT. Please wake up people. Seriously, if you want to pay for a grant, send me half of whatever they asked you for and I will grant you a reply that says something like 'Thanks for giving me your money'..
- ND'B replies to JohnIf anyone says to you- you have until tomorrow to decide- then you can confidently decide immediately to stay away from them. What would happen? - Suddenly the grant is no longer available? Not likely
- mjb replies to junjunjunjun| 1 replytry contacting detective Bob Lee with the Lake Oswego Police Dept direct number is 503-675-3988 and Sally O'Niel with the Department of Justice she is with Financial Fraud and Consumer Protection with the Oregon Dept of Justice.

- Battles replies to anonymousWhat if you have already been scammed by this or another company similar to this one? Do you still report to these organizations for possible help?
- Dawn| 5 repliesI gave WWAM money back in August and was told I was preapproved for a grant. It should only take them about "3 to 6 months to find answers". February came and no answers. However they did conduct a business plan for me and I did receive a laminated copy in a leather binder. It looks great. Brian Foster kept telling me that 30 foundations have accepted my proposal and we were waiting on replys. Last I spoke to him I had 5 denials. Then a Lloyd Hampton called me last week. He told me that I was being funded and that they were processing the grant right now. 6 different foundations have chosen to fund my project and that I am to receive funding by this wednesday or thursday. But I was to give $7844 to Executive Solutions, Inc out of Las Vegas since he wasn't licensed to write the grant. I transfered the money into their account. Scared to death! But Lloyd kept assuring me that everything will be fine. I sure hope to hell I see at least what I've invested into this company so far come Wednesday or Thursday. That is a lot of money.

- junjunjunjun replies to Dawn| 2 repliesI thought they alreday ran away with our money.
I havent been able to het hold of anyone for the last few weeks.
When was the last time you spoke to brian?
I hope u get ur money back. - Dawn replies to junjunjunjun| 1 replyI haven't talked to Brian for like 2 weeks i think. I can't get a hold of anyone. Michael Stone said he was going to call me today and hasn't and neither has Lloyd. I just talked to a girl from southern california who paid over $9000 and was promised to get this grant tomorrow also. I don't think this will happen. I can't dispute with Wells Fargo because I was stupid enough to wire or transfer the money instead of doing a debit. I can't believe how stupid I am.
- Dawn replies to mjbI would like to talk to you and get your story. If we get enough people together we might be able to get our money back. here is my email. dollyrockersalon@hotmail.com
- Dawn replies to Alex6976| 1 replyOh I'm into it $7194. That's how much I've given these people so far.

- junjunjunjun replies to DawnI am just wondering why they even bother contacted to u...
When i spoke to police department,he said there are so many complain against this company...
So i assumed they already took money and run.. - Ricdill replies to DawnI did the same thing you did. Paid $2800.00 in Sept. Received phone call this morning fromJames Cross and another from Todd Payne. They are looking for another $9800.00 from me for the "supporting documentation" to give to the grant foundation. I told them I did not have another 9800.00 to dole out and told them I would pay it after I received the grant funds. Each of them had very interesting "reasons" why this could not work. I have a bad feeling my wife and I are out the original money. I do have a cell phone number for Todd Payne, Director of Corporate Funding for Worldwide Asset Management and the means to get a response when dialing the customer service 800 number. I will be happy to share this information with the proper authorities if they believe this is something worth pursuing.
- RicdillI also did a complaint search with the Oregon Attorney Generals office. From Jan 2008 until now, there are no records of any complaints filed.
- skeptical| 2 repliesI have also been Speaking with Lloyd Hampton this week. I also spoke with Jack at executive solutions, they are just the third party and would accept 5100 instead of the original 8700 that Lloyd quoted me. In October of 2010 I submitted only half of what they requested as that is the only funds I could come up with at the time. I have waited patiently and just felt as if I had wasted that money. I would call Brian Foster on a regular basis and he would return my calls, over the last two weeks the phone system had been a little different however, Lloyd called me this week with saying I would receive my grant and then get to meet the 6 foundations but I could either hire an atty or use executive solutions. I am still skeptical, I have not given any money yet. Dawn, did you receive your funds? It is now Friday!!!
