Demanding my whereabouts saying they have rights to contact references.

Recording asking whereabouts and their right to contact references, called the number back no answer only rang

Have been calling every day for two weeks looking for someone I know.  They've called my home phone, my cell, my wife's cell.  Making a vague threat about contacting all references...  I called and found out it's collection agency, however, there is no debt.  Found them on the web.  BBB has complaints against them.  Bogus, scam.  Going to find someone to report it to, the FBI or something.   Done with this.

I have been getting calls from this number. The number that shows up on my caller Id is a local number but their massages leave this number for call back. Do not know who they are since I can not get any response from them.

they are calling my family over and over harrassing me and them. what do i do?

They have left 10 msgs on my cell within 3 day’s.
