Got a call today from someone claiming to be with county trial services stating that I was on their docket to be served with legal papers and I needed to call 877-752-6447 before the end of the day. Called the number and was for Sullivan and Garrett who previously called my family members from 855-800-2352. These people are a scam and claiming that there was an unpaid loan taken out and they are seeking criminal charges. I have not taken out any loans and this is because very annoying.

I received a call from them saying I was going to be put on a court docket in Bergen County unless I called them first the lady's name was Stacy Martin she said she worked for Heather Sullivan and Kevin Garrett at 268 West 40th Street New York New York as soon as I question them they started getting very unprofessional and when I brought up the police they immediately hung up on me this is a scam

My mother and I received different phone calls from 3055121800 stating that a warrant for my arrest was placed on a payday loan from over 6 years ago. Our voice-mails told us to call 2 different law firms (Sullivan & Garret, Rice &Graham/Brown) at 877 752 6447 ext 415 ask for Allison David. She told me she was not aware of any voice-mail made and became rather hostile when I brought up Florida's statue of limitations on bounced checks and payday loans, as well as involving the police department. She said a continuous was granted for now. I contacted the sheriff who confirms that this is a scam. The lawyers office, after looking it up, the unit they gave me is currently for lease, and has been since July of last year.
