A recorded message by a "doctor" about free treatment for anyone in my family with chronic back pain.  "Press 1 to speak to an agent" guarantees that I'll be blocking that number.

Caller ID showed "Muscle Loss."  Robocall - blocked.

FYI - I use PhoneTray to block calls to a landline via a cable modem.  See phonetray dot com for details.  Also see nomorobo dot com which is a new (FREE!) service to that won an FCC contest to help stop unwanted calls.

I also file complaints on all of these calls at www.donotcall.gov and eventually some of these companies get fined (i.e. FCC announced a $7.5 millon fiine for Sprint this week for violations) although I know it's extremely difficult to catch spammers using spoofed numbers - which is where call blockers help out.

They are claiming to have a lawsuit against me and are trying to serve papers to an address i have not lived at for a couple of years. Wanting personal information before telling me who's filing claim but yet lady said the envelope was sealed and couldn't tell me anything.

Got a call from this person claiming to be from LMS and said they tried to deliver some paperwork to me. These folks are scammers from the word go and nobody should fall for this dirty trick. They'll take you for everything and some. Be aware.

I did not respond to call. They are claiming (Rose 361-262-0437) to have a lawsuit against me and are trying to serve papers to an address that they wanted me to update their records. They left a lengthy VM to call another number 877-755-1148 and I had only one day to call back. VM ended "Thank you and have a wonderful day"
