    Call back gets, "Thank you for calling Quick Books Support.  Please stay on the line while we assist you."  It was a few minutes before I got a human on the line and I asked "how would I know this is quickbooks?  He said I could call the the general customer number or even the sales number and ask for tech support or chat online.  Of course, any number can be spoofed but if you are a quickbooks user, they may be trying to reach you.  More importantly, to follow up with Nimrod's question, what makes you think it was a scam call?
