It's robo-calls from Credit One Bank. When/If you answer someone comes on the line. I have an account with them, which is not due until the 26th of the month, and they start calling on the 9th every month without fail. To all those who comment that we should just pay our bills -- I do, every month. It's not because it's unpaid. When you block one number, another takes its place. I've noticed they are relaying from a local number sometimes also. If you have an account with them, pay it off ASAP! If you do not, don't open one - choose Capitol One instead!

You are so right, this is the worse credit card I've ever had. Anyone reading this, pay it off and cancel with them. they're the worse.

So true! I paid off my whole $287 balance in January 2017, and told them to close the account. They closed the account only to turn around and open another with a different account number and issued me another card (I called in the other as lost so they would close the account). They also raised the limit to $500 (from $300).

It made me mad that they would do something so dishonest with my account. I called them again and told them that they had NO RIGHT to reopen an account in my name, and reissue me a card when I told them to close the old account (I paid it and other small balances that I had on other cards off because I'm declaring bankruptcy after being forced to close my small business).

After they're shady dealings with my accounts, I decided to use the new card. I reached my new spending limit, and stopped making monthly payments because I am declaring bankruptcy. Serves them right after their shady business practices...and I have zero qualms about doing this too!

They have been calling me every day.  Sometimes multiple times.  They say they are calling to refund me money in the amount of $199.00.
I tell them to send me a check and tell them I don't have a credit card.  The person then called me a "liar" and that everything I said to him was "crap".   How dare they try to scam me and then call me disparaging remarks.

Keep calling and from different numbers and I never answer. They closed my account on me without even warning me about it and I told them keep it closed I'm paying off the bill and I don't want it reopened or another account. They also said they'd send me a bill in the mail which took over 2 months to get to me and in that time my bill when up because I couldn't check what I owed online since they closed it on me and wouldn't tell me. I really hated this and hated that it was the first credit card I got. Worst expirence with them...

    This is NOT "Angie's List"
It is a site to help identify unknown callers.
You knew who called, but seem to be unaware that you can obtain a call blocker to solve your problem.
Posting your biased opinion here will not solve your problem.

I don't blame you. When there's no reason to bug you you do feel like doing exactly what you did. GOOD FOR YOU!
Another thing that's aggravating is when you are breaking your butt to pay a bill on time, especially when it's a card with interest rates should be considered illegal, and they start bugging you for no reason. I guess they don't understand that many people aren't the type that bugging you works. I personally am more inclined to do everything possible to pay if the people you speak with are nice and understanding, work with you as much as possible. I'm like you, if they start bugging me when I'm having a financial crisis (like I live in, lol!) more than likely that place will be the LAST place I pay!

I closed mine, they charge you a fee every month even if you don’t have a balance. I keep getting calls too!
