Phone number was give to me by a phone call from 775-345-3792.  They said charges were being filed against me and to call this number.  Female subject hung up on me when questioned.  I am sure it was a scam.

A women named Athena keeps calling my phone sounding like she is an authoritative figure -- wanting to reach someone at my number stating charges are being filed they will be arrested! They don't even have the correct person... annoying

Someone named Cora Gibson called and left a voicemail on my husbands phone sating that he needed to call 8777635274 because he had a felony fraud claim in his name. We called the number and they said that in order for them to not serve him papers he had to pay almost 500 dollars. Its all a scam. I have contacted my local detective along with the BBB and the Federal Trade Com. and they all said there is no place that is legit called Nationwide pre litigation firm. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO TO THESE PEOPLE

Tehy called saying my daughter had been served by calling my number.  It is a scam and they say it is Nationwide.  They are preying on people who will take their bullying. When I called them they got belligerent and when I told them they themselves would be recorded he refused to talk to me.

This nationwide company keeps calling my phone for somebody else. Saying they will press charges against the person Harassing the person. They think they are somebody and people will get in their scams ! Get over yourself, don't call my phone anymore because you calling wrong person and bother me with your treats . Oh, I will prosecute you, if you don't call back until the end of the day! For what? They talk like they are the sherif in town! Hilarious for me but it get really annoying when you have messages in your phone annoying you !

Its a scam, they said that we owed money for an old loan threw a company. I called the company and back in Nov 2010 the computer systems was hacked and the hackers got everyones information. Anyways these hackers are calling you telling you that you owe money for an old loan and they are going to serve you paers to appear in court and the only way that you can stop them from serving you papers is pay them using your credit card. It sounded real fishy so I have called the local Detective he said he felt it was a scam to call the BBB and they said its a scam and had me call the FTC and they have several phone numbers for this nationwide. and the FTC said its all a scam. Whatever you do DO NOT give them any information about yourself.

A guy name Steve Smith keeps calling saying there is charges against me for a very old payday loan, but I dont own any debt. Caller give me a number to call (877) 763-5273 in a message. Then caller Steve Smith gave me new number a few days later in another message (877) 739-8608. I called the number and the lady said their company was called nationwaide processing, and they want to collect payment or they would send me papers and documents stating charges against me. So i ask for papers to be sent to me so i could go over them with my legal advisor, and the lady on the other line said good luck and hung up on me. very strange, i believe these people are scammers.

steven jones called my work left a message for my manager or supervisor  not for me to call back but my manager or supervisor ???
what the hell i thought it was against ca state law to harrase at work said i had charges against me to call him back @ 877-763-5274 said it was a law firm,,well even if i did have a debt  how in the heck my bosses gonna get me to pay anyway off the hook and and yes sounded like the local sherriff in town.
i will call the BBB FILE A COMPLAINT TO BAD I ERASED MY MESASGE OH DARN,
