- MacK replies to AJStunningly, this is legitimate. I just confirmed by calling the number on the back of my Regence card.
- Senior CitizenI returned their call, they actually called back. Said they are from Regence. Offering in home visit - said I did not want one, did not need one and don't call me again. This has happened before. I want them to stop calling!!
- Caller: Regence?
- Senior CitizenThis is Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield inquiring about a In Home Healthcare visit. I told them I was not interested. However, this always call me on a yearly basis.

- MiloSaid they were calling on behalf of Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield for free in home health exam but sounds very suspicious. I agreed to one visit to check this out and they never showed up, no call, no apology, no explanation, nothing. Unprofessional and don't want them to bother me anymore. Negative impression for Regence.

- Senior citizenThese people call every year and I keep telling Medicare NOT to call: the American "physicians" do not perform DNA analyses before they prescribe medicine, and their poisons have landed me in the ER three times and my daughter who is a geneticist said they never should have prescribed me those "medicines." Because I saved money and worked well, I am punished because SS takes $348.30 each month for Medicare which I have used ONCE - for an eye checkup - and I deleted THAT doctor when he wanted to schedule me for cataract surgeries (2X $6k each) so I figure when one starts getting Medicare coverage the pinworms crawl out of the foundation. IOW if Medicare or suchlike call, hang UP.

- Senior IIReceived two calls from 877-764-0833. The callers claimed to represent Regence Home Service, and they were calling about questions I had about recent claim(s.) Since I had no contact with Regence regards claims questions, which would go through Customer Service and not Home Service it seemed like fraudulent calls. Also, when I activated the "call back" feature on my phone, I got connected to a recording instructing how to make "overseas calls." I hung up, and called the valid Regence customer service number. Turns out the 764-0833 number is for Home Service, specifically in home medical service and reviews. I told them them I had previously notified Regence I was not interested. Seems like when my premium doubled, they added a bunch of fluff and glitter programs to depict "added value." Do something worthwhile .... lower my premiums back to prior levels before all the Obama nonsense came about.

- TomaThe yearly Regence Blue Cross / Blue Shield in-home checkup is a real program. I have taken advantage of it for the last 3 years. As of this writing it is run by an organization called CenseoHealth. They send a doctor or nurse practitioner to my home, and the person asks me about my health, checks my blood pressure (and whatever that thing that pinches your finger measures) and verifies my medications and healthcare practitioners of which they record. I can understand if you don't want to be bothered with it. It is also quite possible, if not probable, that some scammers spoof the phone number and "Regence" caller ID to appear to be legitimate callers. I just wanted to state here that this program is legit. My Regence Medicare Advantage coverage is a retirement benefit through my former employer.

- Rozone replies to AJRegence Blue Shield is the WA State Blue Shield provider, and Premera Blue Cross is the Blue Cross provider. Anyone combining the two (Shield and Cross) is a fraud who doesn't know this state's insurance providers. Other states may still have them under one carrier, just not WA.
- RozoneCall went straight to voicemail because it is a spam caller. Obviously, a robot or the voice message wouldn't have started when it was already well underway.

- ReneeThey have called twice this month trying to schedule a physical for my mom. I have told them twice that she no longer has Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance. But they want to do the physical anyway! I explain they she already has a physical scheduled with her doctor and doesn't want another physical. But they just keep insisting that this is necessary. I smell a scam. I asked the name of their company and was told Signify Health. I can't find this company on the internet.
