I received a phone call from this number and they said they were from HIP USA, my health insurance company. They gave me an 8 digit PIN#. When I called the # back, they were asking for a seven digit #. There was no one to talk to and I could not get past the prompt of the 7 digit PIN# because I did not have the correct PIN#. I tried calling the main number at HIP and they have no idea what this about and do not know what department that phone # is for.
