This is a Liberal non-profit organization for the promotion of the green agenda.  They did not leave a message, but I did more research and came up with this at their website.  Keep in mind only a "thinking person" can see through this "green agenda", which is another way for politicians to get rich of the backs of the middle-class and thus the poor who support their own demise.
