Got a call from the same number stating it was Blue Cross Blue Shield.  I am to call that number and enter a access code number they left me.   Will call the Blue Cross phone number on the back of my membership card to verify if this call did indeed come from Blue Cross.

Received a message from this number several days ago stating they were with Anthem and wanted to update my husband's Medicare information.  I think I will do what girlfriday plans to do and call the number on his membership card.  I am kind of suspicious of this call.
