Trying to verify personal info without telling me what the deal was.. Hung up on me three to four times before I gave up..  Said they were National Litigation Firm but would not tell me from where.

Got terrible harassing phone calls from these people calling themselves "National Litigation Firm". They will claim you owe money and can pay them money to settle out of court, otherwise they will take you to court. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO OR MONEY WHATSOEVER! This is a scam. They cannot take you to court. The case info they have is false & they are just trying to scare you into giving them money.

My wife just got a call from "National Litigation Firm". None of the accounts they said we owed on belonged to us. They threatened to tell her employer or take us to court. We called the FTC who confirmed it is as scam. The scariest part is that they had her SSN.

I got several call telling me the i post two check with a close acount and that they are going to take me to court ,i spoke with a cop and he confirm as a scam,also they have a  guy ho dress like a cop nocking doors with fake court papers,if you see a person dressing like a cop in your door don't open just call the police or 911and explain  them the you don't field save and you need them the verify .dont give  any personal information or money even over the phone .
