Called my cell, asked to be placed on do not call list, woman told me she can't since it's an autodialer but I can send my request in by mail. I told her that's impossible and she has to be able to put me on a do not call list, but she insisted she couldn't. Maybe I can get these people fined, will be on the lookout for more calls.

You should have gotten the mailing address, because then that information could be checked out by others here, and would also be available for anyone else who also wanted to be put on the company's internal do-not-call list.

Received a call from this number several times. This number belongs to Selene Finance, 9990 Richmond Ave Ste 400, Houston, Texas 77042. I do not have any loans nor anything from my past. The BBB has this company rated as "F". Don't answer.

Selene Finance. They took over my mortgage from BOA recently. So they are my mortgage company now.

Told him what the Lawyer said to say and he hung up Awwww  did not want to speak with a lawyer imagine that.

So what did the lawyer tell you to say?
