I received a letter stating I needed to pay 199.00 for my LLC business but when I looked up the address here in town, it isn't correct.

Phone # listed for further assistance, I received a letter stating I need to pay $110 for my LLC, smells like a scam.

Received letter stating I need to send a check for $100.00 to file my biennial statement.  For further assistance call 877-770-3555.  Mailed out of Florida state and return mailing to an Albany, NY address.  Will be contacting law enforcement, postal law enforcement, and the AG for NYS.

Received a letter from Workplace Compliance Services with an Indianapolis address that requested $125 for my Business Entity Report filing.  Buried in the letter was a statement that said that  they were not a government agency.  Their mailing address is linked to 3 other businesses in Indy - most likely a drop box.  A SCAM!

My husband received a letter from Workplace compliance services with an address that I checked online and belongs to a dry cleaner. The letter States that he has to send a check for $135 for his business annual report, and this number for any concerns and a website that does NOT exist. A SCAM.

This company is a scam. They also go by the name "C.F.S." and gave a phony Charlotte, NC PO Box address,  additionally stating their corporate address was 7718 Northport Drive, Lansing, MI. They asked me to pay them $295 to assist me in refiling my LLC paperwork. They sent me an elaborate ad that looks like the actual LLC annual resubmission paperwork asking for $295 to assist you.  Don't fall for the scam. The Secretary of State offers free assistance with this anyways if you ever need help renewing your LLC paperwork.

Looks like they are in hot water in Florida according to the BBB.
