Credit Risk Management uses illegal phone techniques to harass people, including calling at prohibited hours, not identifying who is calling, calling too often, etc.  Should you receive repeat calls from this company, please report them to the CRTC in Canada, the FCC is the USA.

Yes, they do ... and they've even called neighbor's looking for another number and information.  Is that legal??

they're pretty annoying - they've called me 6 times in the last 3.5 hours alone, not counting every other day this week they've been calling!

I keep getting calls from this number...they start at 7am and continue every 15min's for an hour and a half then 30min's for a few hours, then it starts again later on in the day.  Have no clue who the hell they are......even went to the extent of phoning them back and the number doesn't even exist.  I am on the 'do not call list' I even have my phone set to not except unlisted/unknown callers and they still some how get through.

got a call from a credit risk management company looking fore someone who dosent live with me but has the same last name .i wish thay would go away as this is not the first time i have been called but it will be the last time.number thay left was 1-877-771-0105.

I keep getting this phone call from this noted number above and would like it to stop it is annoying I have answered and no one is on the line then a dial tone uggghhh I hate this If you can help stop this that would be great

These people are getting very very annoying, I've been getting steady calls from them for the last couple weeks. They've left one message looking for, like Clarice, someone with the same last name as me but I've never heard of this person in my life. The message includes the number to call back, along with an extension number for the "person" who left the message along with a reference number for a case file.

I have been very streesed after getting a message from this company. The caller only identified herself as "Mrs. so and so" and stated that it is a very urgent and I needed to return the call "immediately". Also said that I have a "large problem" to resolve with them. I have a very clean record of credit and this really freaked me out thinking that someone stole my identity and used it to get unauthorized credit.
I am very releved to hear above comments. I will however call them back and give them some [***].

Their lack of basic information and constantly fishing for more personal information during each phone call is harassment. Any company that uses this service is not worth doing business with.

This people were very rude on the phone, they threatened me and call me about 3 to 4 time every hour. I would love to block this number, but Shaw's *60 just keeps telling me that it failed to enter in the system. :/

These people are crazy....they phone here all the time looking for different names, same last name, and when we tell them nobody here by that name....they keep calling back trying a different name and then they try to guess your birthdate....left a message last month saying this is not a telemarketer...this is a very serious matter that needs your attention immediately...then a number to call and ext. All this for a person that does not even live at this address. We called and got advice from a Police Officer, the calls stopped for a whole month, and now they have started again. Going to log a complaint with CRTC today....this crap has got to stop....

They call and ask for someone with my last name

Exact same story. The woman called asking today for someone with my last name but a made up first name. Acted all offended when I asked who she was and where she was calling from. When I said no body here by that name, she said, then why did I ask who she was? Because you're calling ME dumbass. I wonder if their mothers know what losers their kids have grown up to be.

This is the strangest company 'credit collection' company I have ever heard of.

1.   They phone but do not leave any message.   If you answer the call there is no one there.
2.    If you take the time to call the number back you get a message to give them your name and number etc. (information about some file that you have not been told about) and then they will call you back.
3.    Now I am guessing that they will call you back but if you don't take the call you are back to no message etc.

In other words, YOU must take a call if they call you BUT they do NOT take any calls if you call them.

We (our company) put them on permanent  call block so that no more calls can come to us.   We have no idea who they are looking for, probably an employee, but again we can not operate based on their strange business model.

I have blocked every number they have called me from but they still get to me! This was the most recent number they called me from: +1 (888) 744-7123.

They are a legit collection company .
They first contacted me through a letter for a debt i know is true .
I had no probs getting ahold of them to discuss the matter .
Im annoyed this is happening but it is my fault . But at least im settling my debt for hundreds less than i owe .

They called me and my mother stating that we had some personal business. They said we had a outstanding bell bill that had to be settled immediately. Our bell account was settled a year ago. They wanted me to verify my address, my cell number. They gave me a different amount and my mother another amount.

I'm calling from Risk Management, do you wish to settle your debt now?  They are a random company I don't know and use different phone numbers at least 4-8 times per day.
