Account services for Future shop

Got a call this morning saying it was future shop card services calling and they needed to update my credit card file. well iam sorry but I do not give that information out over the phone. I will get a hold of them at my local future shop in the city..Will wait to see if they call me back. For starters why would they want to update my credit card  nothing has changed.lol

yes JJ I got a call from them too but with all that is going around with identity theft and all I did not returnt he call but will get a hold of future shop in the city to see if it is legitimate...

Wanted to update personal information with me   Was kind of pushy.
Told them I would do it through the store not on the phone. Quickly hung up on me after.

actually 1 877 772 7210 are SCAMMERS  - the 877 772-7207 is future shop accounting.  just hung up phone with them and asked is 7210 affiliated with them and they confirm NO!

Said it was feel squad protection

They left a message, it was a bit garbled, but it sounded like it was Geek Squad, who I do have an account with, they have already emailed me,  I will deal with them direct.

“Geek Squad” called saying there was an issue with my account. Strangely enough I am having major computer issues at this time. This number is a scam!!

Continually calling and hanging up. I renewed my membership and my husband cancelled his membership. They won't stop calling.

Futur Shop credit card services, the message said. I hung up

This number said problem with my account

"Geek Squad" just phoned me and left a message on my Cellphone about my account.  So I phoned THE REAL Geek Squad and spoke to Georgette. When she asked me for the Number, she confirmed my suspicion and said it is "Definitely a Scam.".  If they need to contact You, they will do so through an Email or other means.
She also said "I know you are probably aware of this, never give out information to anyone over the phone.....".  I never answered the phone and now I am going to block it.
If anyone gets this call again, it is definitely a scam!!!

Always. Calling me and sending emails. I will be contacting Best Buy and this will end. NOW!

I missed the call, went to the answering machine. Auto recording was completely in french only, no english. Kept mentioning Geek Squad. LMAO scammers are so stupid, nice try losers!!

The only words i made out was geek squad the rest was in french didn't answer just blocked them
