Received a call from this number "Joe" claiming he is attempting to collect a debt for a payday loan taken out under my name and ss# in 2012. No such loan was taken nor posted to my banking account. "Joe" claimed he does not know who the originator of the loan is nor does he have a phone number for the originator. "Joe" claims the company he works for is in New York but the phone number he called from is registered to Edward Jones Financial Advisor aka Delvin J Hackwith, located in S. Dakota.

Keep getting calls from this number at my place of employment.  I have asked them several times not to call my work number but they continue to do so.  So annoying!!

Received a phone call stating that I owe 4 payday loans totaling in $2000! I did NOT take out said payday loans/default. I told the guy that I was a victim of identity theft and that I was positive that I did not take out these loans. He insisted that I may have forgotten about these loans. These are NOT my loans. He didn't even tell me his company's name and when I asked him to mail me something he gave me the run around and asked me if I wanted to settle for $1600. I told him I'm not gonna pay on something I did NOT do. He threatened that his company would not sue me but if they sold the debt to another company they could possibly sue me. Complete BULL. Has to be a scam!

one message they left is they are suing me the other is they can use all contact list to track a person.

I received a call from ND Group who says I owe 5 different company for online loans totaling $ 1,800 from 2011 through 2012 and I never took these loans out.  It appears to me that this is either a scam or I am a victim of identity theft that I did not know about.

They've been leaving me the same harsh voicemail about wanting to confirm my location/whereabouts every day this week. I'm also getting the same call with the same recording from another number, too (855-250-7611), so they are apparently running this scam from multiple locations or at least from multiple phone lines. They are definitely scam artists; no doubt about it. I work from home this Friday, so I think I will take a short break during the day and have a little fun with them!

These people are pathetic if they can't get a response from you they result to threats. They somehow get your phone records and call friends and family threatening them.

They keep calling my job.

I got a recorded message (the person who recorded the message is loud and rude) from this collection agent looking for a woman named DeSoto.   I spoke to the agent and told him to Google my phone number to see if it is in any way connected to the person in question.  He can't because this whole operation is a scam.  I've been getting calls from several collection agents for over 5 years looking for this person.  It gets very annoying.

I received two calls from this very rude company looking for a person I've never heard of.  I just filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding this company.  I urge every one who is harassed by this company to file a complaint.  Maybe then we can get some peace of mind.

They started with my cell then moved on to my work. They claim they will take legal action if they dont get my information and that was just a recording. When I got someone on the phone after the called my work 11 times in 9 days.. That total harassment the called me a liar said I was being sued by for not paying back some payday advance place. No matter how hard you try to explain the have made a mistake they call back over and over insisting you owe money and they want it.

Received a call from this number at work (not on our main phone number). It was a recording saying they were looking for, but the name was blank. The recorded message threatened to call the police & take legal action.  Called the number back & they are looking for someone who has never worked for our company.

Robo call with just a phone number given one digit at a time.  I just ignore the call, but they do call maybe 5 times a day.

Just a big scam!

Got a call on my voicemail some lady talking loud stating to press 0. Well it was a message left so could not press 0. Stating looking for my whereabouts and will call all my contacts etc. like a threat. Sounds like a scam not calling back I expect something in writing that's the law with debt

FCC has them as scam artist.

They need to stop calling this is fraud and scandalous people trying to see who would fall for their crap, phone company needs to remove these phone numbers or block them!
