877-786-4120 these thieves pretended to be payday loans and got all my information and at the end of the transaction I cancelled when I found out they were frauds and wanted to deduct money from me, how stupid is that, if you are requesting a loan and need funds why would you pay these idiots, I am reporting to FBI and whom ever it takes to bring these thieves down. Worse than this my own bank would not listen when I warned them ahead of time that these thugs may try to rob my account of 30.00 they would not listen and let them take it even when they ask that you try to ward off anything suspicious!!! what a joke. this threw my bank account into overdraft which has never happened since I have been banking with them. makes you wonder are they in on some sort of scam together. I don't trust anyone anymore. especially when your own bank won't help to ward off these lawbreaking thugs.

This company deducted $30 from my bank account and I don't even know how or why they got my banking information.

It's only 9:21 a.m. and ALREADY this morning whoever this is has taken $30 out of my bank account & now I am in overdraft & the only information listed on my account summary is ACH Withdrawl ????? .. I tried to call the number back and have only heard the stupid elevator music .. This is [***] and they are fake! I never once got as little as a confirmation call to tell ME that they were making a withdrawl & now I see why ...

This company I've never heard of and they tried to take $30 out of my own bank account I never authorized this and my bank stated I needed to call them to get this fixed it's ridiculous I don't know how they got any of my bank info it's a scam and fake ppl please be careful!!!! All the above ppl have got this scam done to them and not even one confirmation and when I spoke to someone she said it would be refunded in 5-10 days and if by the 10th day it's not in my account to call them back like WTF this makes you think hold on if it's not shown in my account by then this means you're joking this is a scam

Me too! I just found out they tried to take $30 causing me overdraft fees. I called them & they said they would refund me...but I dont trust it...they will probably try to keep taking money...I couldnt even understand what they were saying...company name?....I'm closing my account 1st thing in the morning. I'm also going to report them!

I have just checked my bank account and found that $30 was deducted from my account... I will be calling an attorney and whoever I need to. I never authorized this transaction.

Just called my bank and this company is phishing to see if the owners of the account will catch it, if not they would hit the account big time. Having to close my account and open a new so that no other companies tried that.  I did have another from a different company for $2.  Keep an eye out on your accounts.

I just balanced my check book and low and behold I also had $30.00 taken out of my account from DIR FUND.  I called them and after going around and around with them they finally said they would cancel the account and refund my money.  I advised them that the money needed to be refunded to my account as quickly as they pulled the funds out and if not that I would not only be contacting an attorney but filing federal charges against them as I DID NOT AUTHORIZE anyone to take money out of my acccount.  They also advised me that if the money was not returned in 5 to 10 days to call them, guess what as a big of a pain in ass these people were and as angry as I am its time for payback.  I will be calling them every single day, 3 times a day until my money is returned to my account.  Heaven help them if the money is not returned quickly.  I know for a fact that filing federal charges pays out $5000 per claim.  We all need to work together to see that these people are put out of business for good.  My husband and myself work hard for our money and just as many others due to the economy right now we are living paycheck to paycheck right now.  Its completely ridiculous that they are stealing money from our accounts.

Also found $30. withdrawn from my checking account on 7/25. I had foolishly given my info to several third-party payday loan search sites. The website I found for 877-786-4120 is cashmoneytoday.com (although of course there could be others). The rep stated that the company was "Funds Direct," but email is "directfunds."
Terms state that money will be refunded if contacted within 30 days: "To cancel service for any reason please call us toll free at 877-786-4120 or e-mail us at support@directfunds.me." I am emailing in hopes of avoiding phone contact with them.

I just checked my account and there was an ACH debit for 30.00 from a company by the name of Dirfunds. Never heard of this company before. I have reported them to BBB. I will be calling this company on Monday morning to give them a piece of my mind. It's already hard enough for some people and then we have companies like this that can go into your account and take your hard-earned money. I hope and pray the law catch up with them!!!

The same thing just happened to me. I just checked my checking account and $30.00 was taken out by a this company. I have never heard of this company and how I got the name was from my bank. I have also reported them to BBB. It is hard enough already living from paycheck to paycheck and for some company you know nothing about just takes your money. I did not authorize this transaction and will be calling them everyday until I get my money back. Good luck. We need to bring them down!!!!
