They called my phone number had my name and my exact address said they were trying to deliver documents to me that needed to be signed and nobody was home. Told me to call the 877 number they also gave a case number but no other information. Stated they were a courier service.

This is the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

They called my brother. Said her name is Samantha Mayer, she's a mediator with legal documents to deliver to me. Gave a case number and that's all she would say.

PC had my name and daughters name. Requesting my daughter call reg “legal investigation”.  When I called them back the identified themselves as DVS

scam collection company out of riverside california... not georgia as they tell you. they go by the name east river, trying to collect on 15 year old zombie account.Used to work here, couldnt even get paid on time. office is ran by Eddy Chapman hes a real clown, basically stole everything from the office he used to work for and thought he could start his own company. if they call you just report them to the cfpb or california attorney general, you dont need to pay on these old [***] accounts that are way past the limitations

I'm curious why you looked up their phone number. You claim you worked there so you already know who it belongs to.
