Yes, says she is Monica Smith, doesn't name a firm.  Just says pending legal action and must contact within 24 hrs or they will proceed.  Gave a case number also.  There is nothing against me.  However what is disturbing is they contacted my ex husband from over 30 years ago trying to locate me!

Doesn’t name a firm or a business for that matter. And they’re using an old Dept of Finance number in California that has been disconnected for years. Some how they got a hold of it and they’re using it to intimidate ppl. Total scam

Received a. Voicemail from a "Cara Lee stating my number is listed as a contact for my husband.  He has to call immediately 877-792-1946 or legal action will be filed against him etc...the number called from was 608-292-1626. I called that number back and he said Courier Services.  I explained the voicemail I got.  He said ok yes, you have legal papers coming to your house and someone needs to sign.  I said bs! You are not the sharpest scammer. No company name, a bs file number.  He hung up. I'm going to call the 877 number next.
