- Richard replies to BobbieI just received this call twice. Being a senior citizen, my plan to get onto SSDI because of health reasons and injuries sustained from being over in Afghanistan (I was thrown into a wall during an explosion VBIED resulting in 5 discs bruising my spinal cord and having to have my vertebrae in my neck fused with titanium rods and screws and to retrain myself how to walk again, I find this type of call threatening and totally wrong. I think I've gone thru enough hell in my life that this totally unnecessary.
- DDMReceived a call, and let it go to voice mail. The caller claimed that they were going to permanently block my SSN, unless I talk with their legal department. I called the number back, and a woman answered claiming to be the Social Security department. This is a scam.
