Caller ID says Unavailable, no message left.  White pages has this listed as a spam / scam number.  I plan to block the number.

This number came in today "Sunday" with ID of Am Heart Assoc.

Blocked this number, which uses an auto-dialer, because they continue to call, but at least my phone doesn't ring!

Other sites are reporting this number as the old card services scam that promises to lower the interest rate on your credit cards.  You just have to give them the card number and expiration date, and they do the rest...as in maxing out your card before you even hang up the phone...ain't happening!!

Called on Labor Day AM and hung up after the third ring. Robo call. I called back to see who it was and the outgoing message stated Tthis call may be monitored for quality control. Our offices are closed in observance of the holiday. Please call back ...)

Call at 1058a mdt Wed 13 Aug. Did not answer. No voice mail.

My caller ID showed an Unknown number with no message left.  Therefore, that = telemarketers and or scammers.   Most of these are "robo calls with spoofed numbers," so reporting them does no good.  Be warned, many of them are now using your local area codes and change the main number frequently.  NEVER give or verify personal, credit card, bank or financial information to ANYONE who makes an unsolicited call to you!!!  I "block" these numbers if they keep calling.

We got a call from this number today at 9:38 am. The caller ID was UNAVAILABLE, and it was blocked by our call blocker. Due to numerous other such calls, all with this caller ID or area code 877 are blocked. I highly recommend such a device to avoid these nuisances.

CID says 800 Service.  Let answering machine pick up, but they left no message.

I just received a call & answered it.  The fellow asked for my husband who passed away some years ago.  Told him he was not here.  He said he could talk to me & was so glad he finally reached me & said he was calling from the American Heart Assoc. & not calling to ask for money.    He then asked if he could mail me 6 letters with envelopes which I would then address & stamp & mail to my friends & neighbors for donations.   I could tell the call was coming from a phone bank; told him no thank you & hung up.

Started to tell me something about sending letters to my neighbors.
I hung up & blocked the number at that point. Doubt very much it's legit.
