Got a call from “ Jessica Moore” Called me 5 or more times, called my grandmom, my sister, my mom, my dad and somebody on my dad side that I don’t even talk to or have talked to in YEARSSS saying I owe something but wen asked for documentation they say they can’t give it to you because they don’t want you to take them to court but wants me to to pay them for something they said was from almost 4 years ago. I even went to a lawyer and had the lawyer call the number and the people on the phone said they wasn’t going to just give out information pertaining to wat the job they do so the lawyer told me don’t worry about it!! Doesn’t seem right to me

Its not right, it's a scam. Refusal to follow the law and mail proof of the debt guarantees it.
They call family members to try and embarrass you into paying them. Just let your family know about this scam and tell them all to block the number.
