This number showed up on my computer screen. A message showed up on my screen to call this #.  Once I called it basically gave them access to my computer. They had a pre plan ready, and said I was screwed unless I signed up for there $200.00, $400.00 or $600.00 plan. I told them I didn't have it, I would call them back when I did. These A holes were able to lock me out of my computer. I rebooted my computer with the guidance of Best Buy. But my computer still needed the activation code. Best Buy will get it going for $100.00. That happens again, I will just turn the power of the computer off. Lesson learned.  His call back number to get my activation code( after I pay them) is 855-212-8000 ext 416
