called and left a message

Second time this has happened in the last month. Automated message " ...in response to my recent conversation with Bank of America about my information request advising me that they need more time and expect to have the answer within the next 3 business days." I am a BofA mortgage holder but I have made no info request. Called back, concerned that maybe someone else was trying to obtain information on me inappropriately. Their response was "I don't see anything in the system on your account. We have been having trouble with our phone system randomly calling the wrong people with that message. They are working on it. Don't worry." Somehow, I'm not completely reassured.
