Received 3 robo calls from this outfit today, 2 on cell and one on landline. On landline the number above just says "800 Service" rather than RELNS. They've called before.

Called saying that we qualified under the new laws with the government and the Hope Now project. This was the last and final notice due to time running out with the program. One could only wish it will be the last time they call.

I got the same message... That it was the Hope program and they were government insured institution...  they are nothing more than a scam

I used this company for a loan modification and they did a great job, I have recommended this company to other people in need and would suggest anyone that puts anything negative about them on the web to try their services before assuming anything negative.

I received a call from this number at 2:00 AM!  I did not answer the phone and it went into my voicemail.  They did not leave a message.  I called the number this morning blocking my number from them and no one ever picked up (maybe because they were sleeping at 9:00 a.m.!)  After ringing for a long period I received a recording saying voicemail box was full -- I bet it is with angry people voicing their opinions after being waken in the middle of the night!  This "company" needs to be stopped.

I got a call from this number @ 4am in the morning!

Message left on home phone yesterday afternoon claiming to be from "Hope Alliance" that this property had qualified for a mortgage modification under a government program and that it was "the last chance" under this program.  They may be a good company as one reporter said, however, my thought on hearing the message and the supposed urgency to respond before "it ran out" that if it is legit, it is certainly a robocall telemarketing program at best and at worst it's just another scam.  Since I use VOIP for my home phone and I unplug it when I am not at home, I do not know what displayed on the caller id.

really , why are you the only one saying something positive about this number then? i really want to know if they are really out there to help beacuse i was planning on calling them back.

Why dont' you tell us more. What did they charge you? What were the circumstances? How long did it take them? Why did you not include your name? What part of the country did you work with these people. What state are they licensed in? Who owns them? are they rated with the better business bureau? What exactly can they offer?
