Got a notice in the mail TODAY (May 24, 2011) I called they said they needed 5.95 for me to send and they would send the application out to me, for me to fill out! I simply said let ME go on the Internet to check you guys out, she says here is our customer service number for you to call ( 1-877-796-9686) I said okay thank you got on the Internet finding out IT IS A SCAM!! Don't be fooled do your homework and check this stuff out.  We have it right at the tip of our fingers to get on the computer It tells US everything WE need to know!! thanks to your postings I was able to convince my 89 year old father that this postalgram was bogus. He recieves tons of scam mail. And yes he responds to PCH offers and sweepstakes. PCH must sell peoples names to whoever.

I received that postcard yesterday and decided to give them a call. The thing that made me laugh was the script:

1) The package we send to you is free (a $59.95 value)
2) There is a Shipping & Handling Fee of $12.95 (they pay ... or so the Rep stated)
3) We need your CC/DC number so we can send you the package.

This is where Step 2 comes in: I asked the person specifically if they pay the S&H fee to send me the package. They said yes and proceeded to ask me for a CC or DC # to send me the package. The call de-evolved into a ten minute shouting match in trying to get the person to remember that they said THEY pay for S&H, not me. I called back 10 min later and tried the same speech (only calmer) - they said they would reprimand the person I spoke to prior.

I picked up a postcard in my mailbox yesterday, they said i would recieve money once i filled up an application that would be sent to me. The application cost is 50 something dolars but i would only pay for shipping, i knew it was a scam cause i could dogs barking in the background...lol who keeps dogs in an office setting? nice try but im smart enough to know a scam!

i just called them..."national media group"....what a JOKE!  If the government wants to give me money, i think they know how to reach me. I told them my lawyer will be in touch, their tone changed rather quickly...

This is a certified Scam and calls are being answered from a homebased call center in the PHILIPPINES which is http://www.homeshoringsolutions.com/  you can try asking them where are they located they would say  the center is in atlanta georgia and the main office is in Murray Utah  .. which is a LIE coz they are all agents from that homebased callcenter AA Homeshoring so BEWARE ... if you give your card details to them all agents can access the details and it's not safe. My close friend works for that company so I know...

This is a certified scam and believe it or not a lot of people are getting ripped off every single day.

The post card you get is just from  265 W. Central Avenue Murray, Utah 84107 and if you would look it up it's an old printing press. What they do is they send postcards to people and say that there is a pending amount and that they have to call 877-796-1688 as soon as you call it will then be routed to a home based call center in the Philippines which is AA Homeshoring.
Go check out the website http://www.homeshoringsolutions.com/   and agents working from home are the ones answering the calls they would tell you that they are Physically located in Atlanta Georgia which is another LIE..

The DIRTY Tactic:

- As soon as you call they would be answering and will be asking for your release code number which they input in a portal page to access your info

- they will then verify your name / address and ask for your number and will then do the sales pitch

- they would say that they will be sending you a free package and the only thing you have to pay is the $12.95 shipping and handling  ... they will then ask for your card info and beware because any agent can access your card information.

- after getting your card info another sales pitch for an Online Database and a Quick start package amounting to $67.00

- so the promise of a $35,000 grant is a LIE because all you will be getting is a Book full of Crap regarding the secret of obtaining a grant and that's just it... you will be ripped off without even knowing it plus all your card details are exposed to more or less 150 agents

- Call them and look for the owner ANDREA HERNANDEZ and see how the agents would react.

My mother got a post card first, they called her today to tell her she won $35,000.

I been trying to tell her it a scam, no matter what I say,  she think it real.   Its upset that people are doing this to people.

I have just received this card in Th mail saying that I have been approved for a 35,000.00 government grant. Thank God I looked them up on the internet for this is differently a complete fraud. Anytime they are asking for a payment up front this is a complete fraud so be aware

iam so disgusted with this phone calls and posted card from Federal Union Postalgram. How can i get them to stop.

I called 4x and was told I would get an app for the 35,000 I was prequalified for and I called back the last time and started asking questions. The last time I was told no not an app but a book I would b getting in the mail. I asked who Andrea Hernandez was and I stated to them I was contacting BBB after that they didn't want my realease code. They were quick to get off the phone, never give out cc/dc info unless u know who and what the business is for sure.

this company calls my number 10 times a day every day and wont stop calling. I have asked to be taken off their list and still calls come in everyday. now postal grams our comming in promissing that i won money and they need my credit card to send the money. these people are scam artist and are ripping people off just look on the internet after putting their number in..1877-796-1688

I received one of those Federal Union Postalgram post cards in the mail and now i keep getting calls from them on my land line phone and cell. I'm glad i decided to go on google and check this out beffore any info was given to them. How do i get them to stop calling my house phone and cell phone. They are harassing me.

I am suppose to recieve a grant package, but they needed twelve dollars to cover shipping charges.
I am not sure if it is a scam.

don't fall for this scam when i call these people a lady answer the phone and you were right curious!! the phone was breaking up ,I could'nt understand what she was saying it is just bad that  people out here in this world are like this,  but they need to no something  that Satan and his follower is not going to win as long as you got  Jesus Christ and Jehovah God by your  side
