Number appeared on a letter that my sister got in the mail. It stated that according to their records, she had not contacted them to have her vehicle service agreement activated. She was asked to call the above number right away and to have her VIN number available for coverage activation. The letter stated that the reason it was sent out was to "ensure no lapse in vehicle protection" . It also stated that if she neglected to activate said protection, she'd be financially liable for any and all repairs when the factory warranty ran out, and it mentioned that she still had time left (until June 10) to activate. Her car already has a warranty from the dealership.

The company is listed as Sky Auto Protection out of Skokie, Illinois. They claim a A+ rating with the BBB, although I doubt this. Has this company done business under other names?
