I got a call from them. they said I commited fraud when I haven't.

This company keeps calling and trying to track down someone who does not work for us, but for another department in our large company.  They said they have "locators in the field" and thanked me for telling them that they could not reach the person at the two numbers they keep calling us at. It sounded very strange and not a legitimate call.

Someone called for my mother saying charges and a claim has been brought against her, but it just doesn't sound right to me!
