    I received a call and voice mail from "the Summons Process Division" They left a voice mail stating that I would be served with a summons at my home or my job.  They did not give a company name.  Said that they had mailed numerous letters without a response from me (which is not true). "you have been notified".  

    2nd Call was the same but message was "you have been served."
