crooks claiming to be the ross right group trying to collect a debt from 2002. the debt is not only paid it is past statute of limitations. they are claiming delinquency in 2010 to try and get around statute of limitations. said taking me to court I told her good.

This guy keeps calling about a legal matter he's representing and demands that it is in regard to a person I know is dead 2 years ago!!!!!  I keep getting calls from other people about same person. Can't the state attny do something about this?

Also the phone numbers left on msg to c all back are 585 445 3340, but the phone number that shows up on my phone ID is 877 799 9028,  and another  is 763 317 6077 the caller is calling from. Such an annoyance.

i didn't even pick it up, but this person called five. times. in. a. row. I was about to just turn my phone off

Some guy left a message laughing loudly.

The guy that called me identified himself as Frank Mulatto, he wouldn't tell me who he worked for.  I called the Missouri Attorney Generals Office and they confirmed this was a scam.  He stated he would get me and threatened to send officers to my house, I then knew whet this was and hung up.  They cannot send officers to your house for a civil collections matter until it has been in the proper court and they have received judgment.
