I received a voice message from someone who said I was being summoned to go to court for check fraud. If I did not call them back immediately, that someone would serve me a summons at work and good luck at court.

I knew this had to be a scam because #1 you do not get a phone call when you are going to be summoned to go to court, #2 I have never committed check fraud, and #3 a legitimate company would not end their message with "Good luck at court".

I received a call from this number stating that it was an attorneys office and that I had to agree to their terms of payment or else pay thousands of dollars in court & attorney fees.

I called the number spoke to Ms Davis who is presenting herself as an attorney and informed me to open a Walgreen debit card so they can collect the money must have at least 20.00 today and will take $70 the next to weeks, $150 thereafter until it totals 945.00. Are they serious. They did not ask for employment information, offer any proof of what was to be paid and settled. I am calling a real attorney on this. So tired of scams.And I also got the ' Good luck in court if I don't call within 3 days' to avoid a summons.

I have been harrassed at work millions of times and they told that to my boss exact same thing..but they wont tell me where they are located and I asked them how come I had never recieved a letter of communication at all, and they just left a message at my mothers house as well/ Is this real or not. I know there are laws to protect about being harrassed at work even though i told them i am sorry but u have been calling non stop at work and i tied calling after work and no answer at all..
