Recording stated "this is an attempt to collect a debt" then a person came on the line and stated she was with Springleaf Financial.  I told her I did not have a loan with them, and that the one I had paid off the one I did have several months ago.  She said this call was just a solicitation to see if I wanted another loan.  I said, oh heck no.
